Members: How to use this page
Welcome band members. The purpose of this page is to allow you to check the times of upcoming shows and type in your availability, and for the manager to be able to set up schedules. A final schedule will be e-mailed to you directly.

In the window below, you will find a sign-in screen. Enter the following e-mail: roma.band@yahoo.com. Below that, enter the password that the band members were sent through e-mail, and click "Sign In."

A document, similar to a Word document, will appear with a table for each of the upcoming shows. Next to your name, put an X below each time that you will be available.

When you have entered your availability, click on "Document", right above the table, and to the left. It will open a menu. Click "save" (but not "save as") and you are done!
